Chris Bizianes is a career musician, educator, and producer.
He is a husband and father of two children. He has taught at Bizianes Music for the past 38 years specializing in piano, keyboard, organ, saxophone, clarinet, bass, guitar, advanced theory and composition, arranging and music software applications.
He has taught on staff at Bellarmine University in the Music Technology department since 2007. He owns and operates Bizianes Music Productions where he is producer, recording engineer, mixing and mastering engineer and performer.
He is an electronic music clinician and independent studio consultant recommending studio design, acoustical treatments, recording systems, and microphones.
He has performed with The Louisville Orchestra, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, The Temptations, Four Tops, Jack Jones, Pointer Sisters, Melissa Manchester, Frank Sinatra Jr., Fifth Dimension, Rosemary Clooney, Maureen McGovern, Tony Orlando, Guy Lumbardo Orchestra, Nancy Wilson, Florence Henderson, Little Anthony, Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus.
He is from Louisville and has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Louisville.
Studied music on piano, organ and trumpet with various instructors for 22 years.
Has taught and played professionally full-time since 1983 and teaches a blending of traditional (classical) and improvisational (jazz, praise-and-worship, etc.) styles.
Earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Degree (1987).
Is passionate about teaching people to understand, play and perform music.
Is married with two grown daughters.
Alexander Bizianes has a strong background in both classical and jazz repertoire. He plays
piano, accordion, guitar, saxophone, clarinet, mandolin and ukulele. He has been studying and
playing music for 17 years.
His multi-instrumental approach to teaching makes him quite versatile. Besides being a career
musician and teacher, Alex is also composer and arranger. He is fluent in the latest recording
and notation software applications and is a producer.
He has been a member of various ensembles and bands including the Louisville Male High
school band, University of Louisville Cardinal Marching band and several jazz groups.
Alex is married and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Louisville
She has studied music for 16 years and has experience on both piano and violin. She has participated in solo, string orchestral, full orchestral, and small ensemble opportunities. A multiple all-county and all-state musician, she has been styling the violin for 12 years, and teaching for 5 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from the University of Louisville, and is passionate about teaching all levels of string musicians.
